Personal Consultation and Fitness Assessments

PERSONAL CONSULTATION & FITNESS ASSESSMENT (FULL)

Before we can begin helping you achieve your goals, we will first need to meet with you to discuss your specific needs and requirements.

The Personal Consultation is an opportunity for you and your trainer to meet each other, build rapport, gather information as it relates to your physical health and wellness, and process the information to form an action plan. You will work together to determine your best options for success.

The following topics will be discussed:

  • Medical History
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation
  • Your Home Equipment and Available Training Space
  • Exercise History
  • Specific Goals – short and long term
  • Developing an Action Plan for your Success

The Fitness Assessment is important for anyone thinking of starting an exercise program, or anyone looking to modify an existing exercise program. It will help determine your current level of fitness, identify areas of strength and weakness, and give you a baseline from which you can set realistic and measurable goals. Your fitness assessment will include the following measurements and an interpretation of the results:

  • Personal Measurements
  • Height & Weight
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Resting Blood Pressure
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility

Upon completion of your Personal Consultation and Fitness Assessment, you will be presented with a fitness assessment report. This report will contain your results, definitions and explanations to aid in interpretation of your results, and fitness guidelines to help you reach your goals.

Your trainer will interpret your results for you, review the information gathered during the consultation, and develop an action plan for your success.

PERSONAL CONSULTATION & FITNESS ASSESSMENT (PARTIAL)

The Personal Consultation and Partial Fitness Assessment is suitable for potential clients who are currently physically active and require clearance to commence a personal training program with EBF. Your partial fitness assessment will include the following measurements and an interpretation of the results:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Height & Weight
  • Resting Blood Pressure
  • Personal Measurements

All potential clients must undergo a fitness assessment or obtain written clearance from a physician prior to beginning any new physical fitness program with EBF.
