EBF Personal Training sessions are 1 hour in length (although you can request shorter or longer sessions to fit your schedule and goals). The exercises, methods, and equipment will depend on your specific requirements. Your trainer is well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, including stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU balls, resistance tubing, free weights, sparring gloves, etc. Clients are encouraged to make use of their own personal fitness equipment. However, if required, equipment is provided free of charge.
All sessions are dynamic and fast-paced to maximize your time and results. Each of our EBF personal trainers has a unique variety of specializations and training methods to help you achieve your goals.
We offer one-on-one, two-person, and small group personal training packages.
EBF STARTER Program
The EBF STARTER PROGRAM consists of three separate parts and is designed to help you transition between your Consultation/Assessment and starting a new fitness program. Based on the information gathered during your personal consultation and assessment, your trainer will design a 4-week fitness program to get you started on your journey to fitness, as well as introduce you to one personal training session with your personal trainer. This is an excellent opportunity to have a fitness program developed specifically for you, and allows you to experience a sixty-minute personal training session with your personal trainer.
PART 1 - We start with a -1.5 hour Personal Consultation and Fitness Assessment. Specific details can be found on our Services tab, under Personal Consultations & Fitness Assessments.
PART 2 - This 1 hour session consists of a program walk-thru & demonstration of all of the exercises that have been included in your fitness program. You will be shown how to use your existing equipment, learn proper exercise technique, and have plenty of opportunity for Q & A. You will receive a Program Log which lists your exercises, details your required reps/sets/load for each, and allows you to track your progress when you are exercising on your own.
PART 3 - This 1-hour personal training session is a full body workout in which your personal trainer will incorporate various aspects of your fitness program. As you progress through a series of exercises, your physical and mental toughness will be challenged as you are taken to the edge of your comfort level. There will be no need to lose focus thinking about what to do next or wondering if you're doing it right - you will be motivated, guided, and given feedback throughout. If you are curious about in-home personal training but aren’t sure if you will enjoy it, the EBF Starter program is a great way to test the waters and find out if in-home personal training is the right choice for you.
